Florence: Accademia Gallery David Guided Tour & Timed Entry
Before you book
- The meeting point depends on the option you book; the guide holds a “The Traveler Tours” sign, and the exact place is on your booking confirmation. Arrive at least 15 minutes early: anyone even a minute late is not admitted. After the hour with the guide you may stay in the museum until closing.
- Included: the guide, the timed entry ticket, a headset and an assistant at the meeting point; food and drinks are extra. Guides speak English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese or Italian. Pets, food, luggage and large bags are not allowed, and the museum has no cloakroom.
- Entry is a timed reservation: the Accademia's July 2026 ticket conditions bar tour operators from advertising queue-jumping or priority entry. Online tickets carry each visitor's name and are checked against ID, with no entry and no refund on a mismatch. Groups are at most 20 plus the guide, with headsets for 6 or more (Galleria dell'Accademia).
- The Accademia is closed on Mondays. Entry is free on the first Sunday of each month and on 4 November 2026, when the museum takes no bookings; otherwise a ticket alone costs €20 plus a €4 booking fee bought direct in 2026. Cancellation, as listed: “Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund”.
