Before you book
- Meet the guide at the Piazzale Montelungo bus stop, a 5 to 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station. An English-speaking tour leader travels with you on an air-conditioned coach with Wi-Fi; the coach brings you back to Florence, and the listing names no drop-off point.
- At each of two wineries: a short guided visit of the cellar and vineyards and a tasting of 3 to 4 wines (the description says up to 3 at the second) with bread, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salami, then some free time. You can buy wine by the bottle or the box and have it shipped. Lunch, tips and hotel pickup are not included.
- Friends who book separately may end up on different buses, and the group may be split in two at the wineries. Not suitable for wheelchair users; pets, smoking, luggage and large bags are not allowed.
