Florence Official Grand Panoramic City Tour by Golf Cart
Before you book
- Since 15 October 2025 the Comune has banned tourist rides by golf cart, caddy and rickshaw across Florence's UNESCO area (inside the ring of avenues on the old walls, plus San Miniato), Cascine park excepted. The only exception is white electric shuttles of up to 8 passengers, run by agencies with a Comune permit on two fixed routes: they stop only at Lungarno Vespucci and Piazzale Michelangelo, board and drop passengers only at the start or end, and may not enter the core around the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio.
- ACCORD is one of the agencies named in the Comune's 2026 permit decrees. Since 1 April 2026 the rules have also required the driver, or someone on board, to hold a guide or tour-leader licence; the tour has an English-speaking driver and a multilingual audio guide. Ask the operator where the cart stops.
- Meet at Lungarno Amerigo Vespucci 2, on the corner of Piazza Goldoni, 15 minutes before the start with your voucher ready; the ride lasts about an hour and a half and returns there. It runs in sun or rain.
- Included: the ride, the audio guide, the driver and tastings of olive oil, truffle products and baked goods. Not suitable in pregnancy; no luggage or large bags, non-folding wheelchairs or strollers, or electric wheelchairs. Cancellation, as listed: “Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.”

- Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the activity. This will allow for a timely departure and give you the opportunity to meet your driver, who will be there to welcome you and introduce the audio-guided tour.
- The tour operates in all weather conditions, whether sunny or rainy. For this reason, wearing comfortable clothing suitable for the weather, as well as appropriate footwear, is recommended.
